Can I move my existing members over?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet of members and remaining class credits, and we'll match them up. On Studio and Collective plans we'll do the import with you.
Does Kilnward control my kiln?
No — Kilnward is a scheduling tool. It plans loads and timings around your kilns, but you still run the firing on your controller as usual.
How do students pay?
Students pay by card at checkout. Funds go straight to your studio's account, and you can also mark cash or bank transfers manually.
What happens after the trial?
Pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, your account pauses and your data stays put for 90 days in case you change your mind.
